About VireLite

VireLite operates an online home lighting store serving customers in the United States. Our products may include ceiling lights, pendant lights, wall lights, table lamps, and related home lighting products.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide the online shopping experience, checkout, payment processing, and related ecommerce services.

Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, dimensions, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may occur due to photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, supplier updates, or website updates.

Please review product details carefully before placing an order, especially measurements, installation requirements, electrical compatibility, materials, finish, and included accessories.

Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, product availability, and offers at any time.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other applicable fees may be calculated and displayed during checkout where applicable.

Orders and Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to review, refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate product or pricing information, inventory limitations, shipping restrictions, or other operational concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method whenever possible.

Order Processing and Cancellation

We normally process orders within 2 business days after the order is placed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, orders can be canceled within 2 days after purchase, as long as the order has not been shipped or entered final fulfillment.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.

Shipping and Delivery

VireLite currently ships from a warehouse located in the United States.

We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders shipped to most addresses within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote offshore locations, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other areas that our carriers are unable to service.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

For verified product quality issues, defects, or damage, we may provide a full refund after confirmation by our customer support team, and VireLite will cover approved shipping costs both ways.

For non-quality returns, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team and receive approval and return instructions.

Installation and Product Use

Some lighting products may require proper installation, electrical compatibility, or professional assistance.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for your intended use, location, and installation environment.

We recommend that electrical lighting products be installed by a qualified professional where appropriate.

VireLite is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or malfunction caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow product instructions.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, or usage limits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time where permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product content, page design, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to VireLite or its partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
